"Yesterday 28/1/26 i pass my driving test finally..🥰 I had a really good experience with **Kiez Fahrschule Frenzel** in Berlin. Special thanks to **Daniel**, the best English-speaking instructor—very patient, calm, and clear in his explanations, which made learning to drive much easier and less stressful. The other instructors jörn and christian and the office team are also friendly, professional, and supportive throughout the process. Everything was well organized from start to finish. I can definitely recommend this driving school, especially if you’re looking for lessons in English. 🚗✨ Thanks alot to the whole team..."

"This is the best driving school around, I can say that in a heartbeat. I got my driving license on my first try (couldn’t drive before at all), and for that I am very grateful to my instructor Daniel. He is one of the nicest guys I had have the privilege to know here in Berlin. He always encouraged me and explained everything very very clearly, without ever getting annoyed and always with a smile. At the I can say that we even became friends! It was my pleasure to drive with him. On my exam date he couldn’t go with me due to some personal reasons, but he was most professional about it and made sure I didn’t face any problems because of this. Jörn went with me and he made sure that the exam went smoothly. All in all, I can’t recommend the school enough. For english speakers specially, it is very very good. If one stays patient and trust on the instincts of the instructors, the exam should be positive from the school. "Unfortunately, my time at this school came to a sad end. Jörn is a charming person, but as an English speaking driving instructor, I can not recommend his school, and I'll explain why. To keep a long story short a day before my driving exam Jörn told me the driving examinar would have will fail me because Jörn and that examinar do not get along, and I'll be guaranteed to fail. Of course, this is no fault my own, but my options were to take the test with another one of Jörn teachers, but they don't speak English so that was out of the question or the second option was to get a sick note, and that way my exam will be rescheduled. Well I still got a bill for this exam because Jörn told DEKRA that im sick because of the examiner that he doesnt get on with, so using me as a way to get to this person he doesn't get on with at DEKRA. Have in mind ive never even met this examiner so it was ridiculous. DEKRA refused to accept my sick note and guess what Jörn refused to pay for the test, even though he promised me a sick note would be enough. So, in the end, he can't be trusted. As a driving instructor, I have a few slight complaints. he never remembered what you did the last time you drove. He would drive for 50 mins, not an hour. Took him months to realise I'm not from Ireland. I'm from England. In the end Ĵörn really let me down by letting me pay this bill. If i were him, I'd be ashamed. as I say, a charming man, but I really think you can find a better driving school close by.. They is a new English driving school really close by at Otto Braun Str. I'll go check that out first. Reply to Jorns reply Firstly, funny how you reply 6 months later thinking I would not see this. I find it unusual that you recall the number of Springsteen concerts I attended (which, for the record, was not seven), yet you were unable to remember my nationality or the topics covered in our previous lesson. Additionally, I was disappointed that you referenced my financial situation and the number of times I have taken the test. I feel this was inappropriate and does not reflect a professional approach. I would also like to mention that some of our lessons discussions have focused on you complaining on personal matters, such as your diffierent relationships and your main girlfriends disabled son, and you not having access to your daughter, yet you cannot even remember I am from England. While I understand that everyone faces challenges, I believe that such topics should not take precedence over our lessons, as we are here primarily as students, not as confidants. Regarding the issue of the sick note, you informed me that it was required or I would fail because of an issue YOU had with the examiner. I obtained the note as instructed, yet it was rejected, and I was subsequently asked to pay a bill. Regardless of the amount, the situation was handled unfairly, and the responsibility should not have fallen on me. Given these concerns and having time to think after your reply, I am now going to share our entire conversation with DEKRA and Arbeitsschutzgesetz, including a transcript of our WhatsApp messages, to provide them with a clear understanding of the situation and your conduct. I can actually upload them here if I have to, its no issue. I am not the one making things up I have our whole conversation documented, even before you tried to ammed it My review was fair and honest. I did not blackmail you, I told you if you do not pay the bill I am going to write a detailed review on the whole situation, and if you feel you have done nothing wrong you will have no issues with my review. Nobody should have to have gone through what I have, so bringing light to the situation is must. Just be better Jorn its as simple as that"

"I can highly recommend this driving school and my instructors Jörn and Daniel. I’m a English speaker, I started from scratch pursuing B197 and passed the practical exam in my first attempt. The whole timeline is 8 months (danke!!!) I could say that they are quite efficient in planning the practice courses. Every week I‘m able to schedule 1-2 classes. Jörn and Daniel are very friendly and experienced in teaching. Daniel is calm and patient, always observe students‘ driving behavior and provide good suggestions, encourage the student. These training definitely helps me develop a defensive driving style and self-confidence driving under pressure. Instructors are responsive, punctual, respectful. I also feel that their back office is very well organized;) In addition, they have a quite good pricing. Thank you again Jörn and Daniel to help me get the license! "My Driving School Experience: Truly Great! I honestly had a great time at Kiez-Fahrschule Frenzel! I had terrible experience from another school, so I was really happy to find this one. If you want proper training without feeling ripped off, this place is worth checking out. My trainer, Jörn, was exceptional. He was incredibly patient, friendly, and understanding, and the fact that he spoke English was a huge plus. He started with a trial session to assess my needs, which I really appreciated. After that, he felt confident enough to book my test date. I only had about 3-4 training sessions closer to the test, but he gave me so much confidence, and I passed! This truly showed he cared about my progress and sincerely wanted me to succeed. The cost was fair, especially compared to other schools, and there was no pressure at all to take endless, unnecessary lessons. Overall, my learning experience here was excellent. "Can only recommend. With driving schools being an insane business in Germany, they are very honest. Helped with all the process, they evaluated my driving once and they did not try to force/scam me into lessons, they immediately looked for the practical test. Jörn is really lovely and speaks fluent English. Happy to have chosen and gotten my license with him!"
