"I learned to drive at this school with a pause of 6-7 months in between, having a phobia of driving from my home country, also ADHD, and not a very good German level. I can say some reviews are true. I had a trainer who used to come late and finish soon. So I canceled my sessions with him at the beginning and chose Mr. Buchmann(Lutz) and stuck with him. He's very patience, nice, friendly, and calm. And very professional. I had experience with Thomas who speaks English, but the way he talks and makes fine didn't work for me. Jürgen was my second choice when Lutz wasn't available. He's a great trainer as well. But I have noticed that they delay registering for Tüv! So maybe a little bit of playing to earn more money! I would like to say thank you to Mr. Buchmann again here. Although he had a serious problem on my exam day, he showed up. So I could pass it. He knew I could be nervous with another trainer. Lovely team and very nice ladies in the reception. Good application for booking/canceling appointments."

"When I first visited this driving school, the receptionist assured me there would be no issue with registering as an English speaker. However, after I registered, her attitude changed completely. She became disrespectful, sarcastic, and even told me, “You’re in Germany, you need to learn German!” During my first practical driving lesson, the instructor’s behavior was even worse. He wasn’t yelling at me directly, but he was constantly arguing with other drivers. At one point, he sarcastically asked me, “Did you get your glasses from Germany? It seems like you can’t see anything.” This was incredibly disrespectful, especially considering I’ve been driving for at least 20 years and am an experienced driver. I can't fully express how disappointing this experience was, but I strongly recommend staying away from this school. There are many better schools where you’ll be treated with respect and receive far better service."
