"The driving school itself is very good, where you always get appointments for driving and examination very soon and professionaly. But the driving teacher, name is Sümi, was a nightmare. Sümi had very bad temper, she just sit in the car teacher nothing and let you drive, once you make any mistake, she will shout at you, and if you repeat any mistake for more than one time (which is quite normal, that's why I learning it!!! ) she will really shout you loudly very rude and unrespectful, like you are a dog! She had really shouted so loud and so sudden at a crossing, that I was really scared and my heart shocked, it's really dangerous!! But if you fight back, she will just shout back much more. I cried several times after the driving hour with Sümi, for quite a long time I was thinking and doudting if it's really because I was too stupid. (I have been driving for 5 years regualrly in my home country, I just need to get the German licence here). Today by coincidence I get to know a new friend who had exactly same bad experience with Sümi, because of Sümi's pressure she got really nervious and can't sleep well, she also cried several times after driving. But luckily she was able to change a teacher. Sümi is also a good pretender, she is very nice to me for the first 4-5 driving courses, she is nice to other teachers and colleagues, when my husband and my friend's husband visited us, she pretended to be nice and professional, because of that my husband had though she is a good teacher and had asked me to be more patiant, that's why for quite a long time I'm doubting if it's my own problem. Now I feel I was cheated and I must write down all the truth to make sure nobody else will have the same situation as my friend and me. I also had saw Sümi behaves rude to other learners. For example one time she blamed a foreigner lady who had course in front of me, she can't understand German well, Sümi just rudely say she is so stupid that she can't understand human words and she should give up for driving. (Actually Sümi offers to teach in English). Another time she blame a black guy unrespectful. I guess she has mostly foreigner learners like us ladies from asia or guys from Africa, and be so rude to us because she think we are easily bullied? It's really unfair and unrespectful. Also, every time when I'm thinking about changing teacher, Sümi will say that you almost can go to exam, but later on she blames that you are worse again and put you on more courses. I was regret not to change a teacher early and firmly, fearing of missing out to get an earlier exam arrangement. So if you are a foreigner, specially a female or a person from "relative undeveloped" country, avoid Sümi. Even I saw some positive comments for Sümi, (which was only from long time ago, maybe she had good temper that time?) but what my friend and me experienced is just very unfortunatly. Sümi is not qualified to be a teacher if she can not control her own mood, it’s a shame."

"For me it was a very negative experience of getting a driving license. Let’s start from that at the very beginning when I asked if they have english speaking teachers they said yes, but in real it turned out they had only one and it was always a struggle to get an appointment and 2 times I still had to drive with German speaking teacher (when I asked before pls give me an appointment with english speaking one) I had to remind them all the time, text 2/3 times about the same thing and they would ignore it or text me back another week saying that it’s busy, the teachers had a vacation etc etc. What was even worse (and why in the end I had to terminate contract !!!) was that I was coming to appointments and the teacher would be not there Or the school would be just closed. They excused themselves saying that one time it was a mistake, miss communication, something went wrong in the system or it was because I was late 10 min. etc. They would then offer a free practical lesson. But is doesn’t help because it’s still super annoying and would take thousands years to finish the course and get driving license. In the end when I said I want to terminate the contract so I could go to the other school they agreed and didn’t mention anything about the registration fee in a new school about 300/400€. The only good thing I can tell is theory lessons and the teachers there. They were nice and funny. SO BE CAREFUL PLEASE AND THINK TWICE before you start studying there."

"Thanks to Yasin and the Aktas team, I was able to obtain a German driving license. My practical classes was with Yasin. He went through everything we needed to accomplish on the German road with me. I'm quite grateful for his tolerance. Since I frequently made the same mistakes in practical classes, he patiently explained the same thing each time. Additionally, he always responded to my questions via WhatsApp. The office personnel were also friendly. The practical class schedule was appropriately communicated. They don't drag your practical classes for money. If you are ready to take the exam, they will schedule it for you. And they have English speaking staffs. So don't worry if you not speak German. So I recommend Aktas those who want to take German driving license...."
