"Thoughtful, considerate, patient and knowledgeable. Thanks to erlkonig, I passed the German driving exam. Eser, thank you for your time and patience “correcting” my 50 years of driving experience. He knew exactly what was required of me, despite that my experience in LA and San Francisco traffic was far more challenging than that in Berlin. But, the rules here are so different, and the bureaucrats are ridiculously and unnecessarily demanding. Like, no one really drives like this, except in an exam. The office admin was equally wonderful. The first school I approached said I’d never pass. Erlkonig was encouraging, positive and caring throughout. And they are fluent in English, no small advantage in driving schools here."
