"Extremely disappointed with the level of service provided. 1) The driving school gives the promise of english-speaking support. In fact only the app is available in english. Nor the driving instructur neither admins speak english 2) After I got the driving license, my Konto was automatically closed by school without any notification. A month passed and I still haven't received more then 1K Euro that was left on my account 3) Super expensive lesson cancellation, even if you do it several weeks or month in advance. 4) Read the contract thoroughly. The school charges for extra services even if they were not really provided"

"Long story short: If you can't speak German well, this school (the entire network) is not for you, no matter what customer support says. Do not sign a contract without visiting an office and meeting your potential instructor. First of all, I would like to thank my driving instructor, Michael Hormann - he is a good teacher and a nice man. My German is bad, but he was very patient. The other staff I met in person was also nice, and my car was new. Now to the less pleasant experience - I'm just learning German, and while selecting a school, the main criteria was English-speaking instructors (I was doing a license conversion for A and B classes). I had a couple of phone calls and emails clearly stating that. Customer support assured me that they have English-speaking instructors. Problems started from the very beginning with the contract - instead of a contract for a manual car and a motorcycle, I got a contract for a car with automatic transmission (it was marked as AB, and I thought it meant "A and B," but it was "Automatic B"). The issue was later resolved when I personally came to the office. At the same time in the office, I learned that they don't have an English-speaking car instructor for me! Also, they don't have a motorcycle instructor in this office at all but promised me one in the other office, but later. I was assigned to a motorcycle instructor indeed (in the Neukölln office), but when I came to the lesson, the instructor refused to teach me because he was not aware of my limited German and he can't speak good enough English (as he stated himself). No complaints about him personally. And I was promised once again that they will find someone for me. The next instructor was assigned; I wrote to him on WhatsApp asking if he is okay with the language - he didn't reply and just removed himself (in the app, you can see who your instructor is). At that point it was clear to me that I had to look for another school, but I invested time and money in car lessons so I decided to stay to pass the car exam (I did it successfully). A complete waste of time, why not to tell that you cannot provide what you promised? On top of that, prices are a bit high - €399 for the registration, €100 for the app with theory lessons, €63 for a 45-minute driving lesson. I have the impression that the management of the whole company and customer support is so eager to sign a contract, they will tell you anything and will not bother to try to understand your situation. I would give just one star if not my instructor Michael."
